These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your registration for the Root Cause Health Masterclass offered by Dr Ravi Wairagade (Advanced Health). By registering or making a payment, you accept these terms in full.

The Service

• You are purchasing access to a live, online educational masterclass delivered over Zoom.
• The joining link is shared on the registered email address and WhatsApp number before the session.
• Access is personal and non-transferable. Recording, reselling or redistributing the session content is not permitted.

Registration & Payment

• You must provide accurate and complete details at the time of registration. We are not responsible for missed access caused by incorrect contact details.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Your registration is confirmed only after successful payment.

Schedule Changes

We reserve the right to reschedule the session due to unavoidable circumstances. In such a case, registered participants will be informed in advance and given access to the rescheduled session or a recording.

No Medical Advice / No Guarantee

The masterclass provides general health education only. It does not create a doctor-patient relationship, and it is not a diagnosis, prescription or treatment plan. No specific health outcome, cure or result is guaranteed. Always consult your treating doctor before changing medication, diet or lifestyle.

Acceptable Use

• Do not disrupt the live session, spam other participants or share abusive content.
• We may remove any participant who violates these terms, without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in the masterclass — text, slides, videos, images and frameworks — is owned by Advanced Health and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your registration is limited to the amount you paid for the masterclass.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra.
